- Cycling Performance Program - (Next Session TBA)
Improve your cycling skills! Each one hour
workout will be an intense interval workout covering cadence, hill climbing or
speed drills. Various sessions will include a time trial so that you'll be able
to gauge your improvement over the 8 week period. Participants should have basic
riding skills, but all speeds welcome. Required: both speed/distance and cadence
sensors installed on bike.
Dates: September 4 - October 23
When: Thursdays 6-7pm
Where: Locations vary
Cost: $125
